The goal of our kids’ program goes beyond teaching techniques on the mat. Our program is about shaping confident, well-rounded individuals who thrive both on and off the mat.

Participating in both Kids’ BJJ and Kids’ Wrestling classes is crucial for development. The combination of these disciplines enhances overall growth, whether students focus primarily on BJJ or wrestling.

Anchor 1

Kid’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Our Kids’ BJJ program at Rebellion Jiu-Jitsu is designed to build the next generation of grapplers.  We instill essential core values such as confidence, self-discipline, and respect through the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Our young grapplers are introduced to core movements and positions in Jiu-Jitsu. This ensures that they build a solid foundation from the start, setting them up for success as they progress.

Kids’ Wrestling

Wrestling is the backbone of our youth program. These classes emphasize drills and exercises that develop agility, strength, and mental toughness.  Wrestling builds endurance, coordination, and balance. It’s a dynamic sport that keeps our kids active and healthy. Wrestling teaches resilience and creates confidence under pressure. When faced with an opponent, our students learn to stay composed, strategize, and execute precise moves.
